Last Monday October 13th at 10:48am Kristy delivered our son Brody. Our little dude weighed in at 7 lbs 12 ounces, measured 19.5 inches, and had a full head of hair (not to mention a hairy back, shoulders, arms and legs, which the nurses said would fall out) lol. It was a long week as we were released the following Saturday because Kristy had high blood pressure along with a few other minor complications. Our 6 day hospital vacation at the Boca Raton Community Hospital was first class, and the entire staff of doctors and nurses was especially comforting while we were there.
Now that were all home things have definitely changed. Little to no sleep at night, trying to nap during the day, eating between changing lots of diapers, and trying to get back to what is our new normalcy.
A Mommy and Brody moment.

Gota love the faux hawk!
When the hearing nurse came in and attached these microphones to his ears, the only thing that came to mind was that my 1 day old son was a DJ.
Check out the little foot bracket on his left leg, its an actual lo-jack for babies, any time he gets close to a door or elevator an alarm goes off. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
We recieved lots of love from family and friends, esp these cookies. A big thanks to the Tralongo’s!
