A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Elizabeth, Josh, and their son Judah. Their beautiful cozy home in Fort Lauderdale was the perfect location to capture some natural relaxed photos of them just hanging out as a new family. I’m delighted and excited to share the following images of my “FIRST” newborn session of Keira! I had a few doubts, and I even think a little luck was on my side, but I guessing you’ll enjoy these intimate photos of a wonderful newborn baby.
I’ve known Ashlee and Billy for some time now and had the pleasure of documenting their engagement, wedding, maternity, and now their beautiful two month old newborn daughter Keira.
Their house which is very comfy and cozy was a perfect setting to capture some real images of the them now as a family!
Is it just me or is Keira showing us her muscles!

Ten little piggy’s 
So everything is going great on my “FIRST” newborn shoot: lighting is great, backdrop is perfect, baby is asleep, and then all of the sudden Keira let us know she had to pee! Goodtimes!!!
Then Keira decided to wake up and see what all the commotion was about!
Just last week was Thanksgiving and I had some time to think about all the things that I take for granted and all the things I’m thankful for in my life. For quite some time I’ve been wanted to give back to others, and since I love to take pictures of people, I didn’t hesitate when I heard about Help-Portrait. My love for capturing people with my camera came from the pure enjoyment that I feel when I interact with others while taking their picture. I can’t get enough of a little boy or girl laughing to the point that their stomach hurts, a bride smiling and feeling like she is on top of the world, a mother crying because she just gave birth to a beautiful healthy little baby, or a Dad laughing at his sons funny jokes. Its those special moments that have created the passion that I have for photographing people, and its what I truly love to do.
Help-Portrait is a group of volunteers (photographers, make-up artists, and any one that would love to just help) that are collaborating to give to others the gift of love. If you’d like to help out in any way, please contact me at studio@ec-designs.com

Besides shooting amazing weddings I truly love fun family portraits. Recently becoming a family man myself I really enjoy capturing the love that a family shares through giving kisses, big loving smiles, laughing at each other, running, playing, acting goofy, and just being happy! I am all of the above when I’m with my family, which I will share some of our family photos that we took recently on a later blog post.
I met up with Peyton, Christy, and their beautiful daughter Pilar at a small park in Deerfield Beach just south of Boca Raton. You put any kid on a playground and let them run free and the funniest stuff is bound to happen, which make for great family photos! Enjoy the photos and a big thanks to this wonderful family for letting me document their love for one another!
