Not to long ago I shoot Liz and Josh’s maternity session in Parkland. We’ll now they are proud parents of their newborn son Judah! Liz delivered at Boca Raton Community Hospital last Friday and we were lucky enough to get there and take some photos of the little guy before he was even 24 hours old. My wife Kristy had our son at Boca Raton Community Hospital just over a year and half ago so it brought back lots of great memories of our stay at the Hospital!  Congrats to both Liz and Josh, Judah is a lucky kid to have such amazing parents as yourselves!

I had the pleasure of shooting Ashlee and Billy for the third time. I first shoot their engagement session at Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, and then had the honor to document their wedding at the Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa.

Now Ashlee is 8 months pregnant and preparing for the arrival of there daughter Kirra in January. Being a new parent myself I love sharing stories of my experiences with my son Brody. He’s now 14 months and everything is allot easier then when he was a newborn. I told Ashlee to prepare yourself for sleepless nights, cleaning out belly button crud, changing awful smelly poopy diapers, trying to figure things out at 3am, learning to not let things get to you when you think that you’re the worst parent in the world. Because we’ve all been there and when the baby starts sleeping through the night, it gets a whole lot easier. After all is said and done, the good times FAR out-way the not so fun times. Its the hardest job you’ll ever LOVE, and its the truth!

They both requested that we go back to the same location we shot their engagement session to do their maternity shoot. The best part is the city of West Palm Beach had just installed a few free floating boat docks which made for some nice relaxed portraits. Enjoy the photos and have a great Friday!
